Organize customers with color-coded tags:

Creating Tags

  1. Go to Settings > Tags
  2. Click New Tag
  3. Name the tag
  4. Choose color
  5. Save

Common Tags

Tag Use
VIP High-value customers
Commercial Business customers
Residential Home customers
Referral Source Customers who refer
New Recent customers

Applying Tags

  1. Open customer profile
  2. Click Tags section
  3. Select tags to apply
  4. Tags display on customer

Filtering by Tags

  1. Go to customer list
  2. Click Filter
  3. Select tags
  4. See matching customers

Find customers quickly:

  1. Use search bar
  2. Enter name, email, phone, or company
  3. Results appear as you type
  4. Click to open profile

Sort customer list by:

  • Name (A-Z, Z-A)
  • Date added
  • Last activity
  • Total invoiced

Filter Options

Filter by:

  • Tags
  • Has outstanding balance
  • Active jobs
  • Date range added

Common Questions

Can I apply multiple tags to one customer?
Yes, apply as many tags as needed. A customer can be both 'VIP' and 'Commercial' for example.
How do I edit or delete a tag?
Go to Settings > Tags. Click a tag to edit its name or color. Delete removes the tag from all customers.
Can I filter by multiple tags at once?
Yes, select multiple tags in the filter. Results show customers matching ANY of the selected tags.
