Customer Tags
Organize customers with color-coded tags:
Creating Tags
- Go to Settings > Tags
- Click New Tag
- Name the tag
- Choose color
- Save
Common Tags

- Open customer profile
- Click Tags section
- Select tags to apply

- Select tags

- Use search bar
- Enter name, email, phone, or company
- Results appear as you type
- Click to open profile

Common Questions
- Can I apply multiple tags to one customer?
- Yes, apply as many tags as needed. A customer can be both 'VIP' and 'Commercial' for example.
- How do I edit or delete a tag?
- Go to Settings > Tags. Click a tag to edit its name or color. Delete removes the tag from all customers.
- Can I filter by multiple tags at once?
- Yes, select multiple tags in the filter. Results show customers matching ANY of the selected tags.
