Adding Photos to Jobs

From Mobile Device

  1. Open the job
  2. Tap Add Photos or camera icon
  3. Take Photo - Use device camera
  4. Choose from Gallery - Select existing photos
  5. Photos upload to job

From Desktop

  1. Open the job
  2. Click Add Photos
  3. Drag and drop files
  4. Or click to browse and select
  5. Photos upload to job

Categorizing Photos

  1. Select a photo
  2. Click Edit or info icon
  3. Choose category
  4. Save

  1. Select photos to share
  2. Click Share

Supported Formats

  • JPG/JPEG
  • PNG
  • HEIC (converted automatically)

File Size

  • Maximum file size: 25 MB per photo
  • Large photos are automatically optimized for storage

Storage Limits

Photo storage limits vary by plan. Check your plan details in Settings > Subscription for specifics.

Deleting Photos

Remove unwanted photos:

  1. Select the photo
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Warning: Photo deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you have a backup if you might need the photo later.

  2. Organize immediately - Categorize as you upload

JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats are supported. Files are automatically optimized for storage and viewing.
Is there a limit on how many photos I can upload?
There's no strict limit, but large numbers of photos may affect performance. We recommend organizing photos by category.
Can customers see job photos?
Photos can be shared via the customer portal or included in PDF reports. You control what's visible to customers.
