Account Setup & Onboarding

Setting up your organization

At a Glance

  • Sign up at WorkSnap Pro, verify your email, and complete the onboarding wizard
  • Configure your organization details, branding, and default invoice/estimate settings
  • Invite team members and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member) based on needed permissions

Account Setup & Onboarding

Get your WorkSnap Pro account configured and ready to create invoices and estimates.

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit WorkSnap Pro and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Complete the onboarding wizard

Organization Setup

After signing up, you'll set up your organization:

Company Information

  • Organization Name: Your business name (appears on invoices)
  • Address: Your business address
  • Phone Number: Contact number for customers
  • Email: Business email for communications

Business Branding

  • Logo: Upload your company logo (supported formats: PNG, JPG; recommended size: 400x400px or larger)
  • Brand Colors: Customize to match your brand

Invoice Settings

Configure defaults for your invoices:

Payment Terms Default due date Net 30
Default Tax Rate Auto-applied tax percentage 8.25%
Currency Your operating currency USD

Estimate Settings

Similar settings for estimates:

Default Validity Days until estimate expires 30 days
Deposit Required Default deposit percentage 50%

Adding Team Members

If you have a team, you can invite them:

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Assign a role (Admin, Member, etc.)
  5. They'll receive an invitation email

User Roles

Role Permissions
Owner Full access, billing, delete organization, manage integrations
Admin Full access except billing; can manage team, automations, templates
Member Create and manage invoices, estimates, jobs, customers

Note: Only Owners and Admins can configure automation settings, email templates, and integrations.

Security Settings

Keep your account secure:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Enable two-factor authentication in Settings > Security (if available for your plan)
  • Regularly review team member access
  • Log out of shared devices

Common Questions

Can I change my organization name later?
Yes, go to Settings > Organization to update your business name, address, and contact information at any time.
How do I change my invoice numbering?
Go to Settings > Invoice Settings to update your prefix and starting number. Changes apply to new invoices only.
Can I have multiple users on my account?
Yes, invite team members in Settings > Team. Assign roles based on the level of access they need.
