Common Questions

Can I have multiple contacts for one customer?
Store multiple phone numbers and emails on a single customer profile. The primary email receives invoices and estimates.
How do I merge duplicate customers?
Open one customer profile, click More > Merge, and select the duplicate. All history combines into one record.
Can I delete a customer?
Customers with linked invoices or estimates cannot be deleted to maintain records. You can archive or hide inactive customers.
