Create Customer Manually
- Navigate to Customers
- Click New Customer or +
- Fill in customer details
- Save
Create While Making Documents
When creating an invoice or estimate:
- Click New Customer in customer field
- Enter basic details
- Customer created and selected
- Complete full profile later

- Not visible to customer
Editing Customers
- Open customer profile
- Click Edit
- Update information
- Save changes
Merging Duplicate Customers
If you have duplicate customer records:
- Identify which profile has the most complete information
- Manually update the primary profile with any missing details from the duplicate
- Reassign any invoices, estimates, or jobs from the duplicate to the primary customer
- Delete the duplicate profile
