Customer Communication Log
Track interactions through WorkSnap:
- System emails - Invoices, estimates, and receipts sent via WorkSnap
- Delivery status - When documents were sent
- Manual notes - Notes you add about phone calls, site visits, etc.
Note: The communication log tracks emails sent through WorkSnap. It does not automatically capture emails sent from your personal email client or phone calls.
Adding Notes
- Open customer
- Go to Notes or Activity
- Click Add Note
- Enter note details
- Save

- Phone calls must be logged manually as notes. Include date, time, and summary of the conversation.
